This is the time of the year that traditionally St Philip’s takes up a love offering for the Staff.  

If you are able, either place it in the offering plate on Sunday or mail it to the Church Office.  Please be sure that your gift is specifically designated as being Love Offering Staff, so we can ensure it is used only for that purpose.  Please make your donation by December 31st.  It is our intent to present these gifts to the staff after the holidays.

As I say every year.  Sometimes during our work for the Church we get caught up in the day to day details and we miss opportunities to encourage those people who work so hard to serve others, as our staff and members do.  Please remember this holiday season to acknowledge our staff specifically and tell them they are loved and appreciated.   I would also like to take the time myself to encourage and acknowledge all the members in supporting St Philip’s this year.   Whether you are giving financially, working in the ministries, praying for the church and the events, organizing, encouraging others or all of the above you are helping SPUMC reach people in need.   I am so blessed to know you all.
