Decoration Store
We received such an overwhelming response to the Christmas Decorations that we cannot possibly give it all away. The items will be set up in the Fellowship Hall until Sunday November 15th. Please take a moment to see if there is anything you would like to add to your collection. We ask that you would make a donation to the Turkey Dinner Giveaway for the items that you choose.
You will find blue envelopes on the tables of decorations to put your donation in.
You can give your envelope to Joanne, Phyllis or turn it in with your offering.
Confirmation Class Update
Confirmation class is off to a great start! On our first Sunday, November 1, we had nine students present. We also had two visitors. Brenda Mitchell and Joyce Devenport will also be part of our teaching staff. Brenda has been a part of our class for the past 2 1/2 years and has been a faithful servant Sunday after Sunday. I am so grateful to have her help. Joyce just recently joined our class and we look forward to her leadership and prayerful support as we journey together.
We have a great class... They are very excited about their journey of faith. The class members include the following: Alex Chinn, Grant Conaway, Preston Conaway, Ashaunti Hunter, Savion Hunter, Zareya Hunter, Dylan Mizzell, Chris Christopherson and Bri O'Neal.
Please be in prayer for these young disciples. And when you see them, let them know that you are praying for them as they walk this journey of faith. I am so proud of each one of them and look forward to being their teacher. I have a feeling I'm going to learn more than they are.
They are amazing kids!
