Have you ever noticed these cute little images on any of the groceries or household items that you purchased?  Did you know they are worth a dime each?  That’s right!  Schools across America have been collecting these Box Tops since its inception by General Mills in 1996.  Birthed in California as a way to further education needs, GM now boasts over $719 million per year in donations to our schools.

As part of our S.P.A.R.K. (St. Philip’s Actively Reaching Kids) outreach, the Children’s Ministry is asking that you take notice of these little pink and blue boxes, cut them out, put them in a plastic bag, and bring them on the same Sunday that you bring your food items for our food pantry.

Most schools have a Box Top drive twice a year.  We will be donating our collection to Handley Elementary School at their next drive!

Thank you already for your kindness and generosity in our endeavor to collect as many Box Tops as we can for our neighbors across the street.  It’s easy.  It’s fun.  It’s another way to say we care.
